A: We welcome buyers from ALL OVER THE WORLD! We do ship internationally. Items will be sent from Hong Kong via Hongkong Post. You may shop for yourself or send gifts to your friends and relatives overseas. We also provide FREE SHIPPING service*.

Q: Shipping & Delivery Methods

A: We provide 3 kinds of shipping services:

    1. FREE SHIPPING (Standard Airmail - Non-registered)

~ 5 - 7 working days to major cities
~ 8 - 12 working days to most areas
~ 14 - 20 working days to more unaccessible destinations

* Non-registered post cannot be tracked. Please note if you choose this option, you are accepting liability for non-delivery for whatever reason.

    2. REGISTERED AIRMAIL  (Standard Airmail - Registered)
       (Not applicatble to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses)

~ 5 - 7 working days to major cities
~ 8 - 12 working days to most areas

    3. Expedited Shipping / Express Mail (SpeedPost - Registered mail)
        (Not applicable to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses)

~ 2 - 4 working days to US, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, Asia & most city areas

**These are estimated delivery times only and we will not be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although Beauties-Factory.com cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. For registered / express mail, please ensure someone would sign upon delivery.

Q: Shipping & Handling Fees

A: The total shipping cost will be calculated automatically and changed to the currency that you have selected when you checkout.

S&H Fee: FREE!!

*Non-registered post cannot be tracked. Please note if you choose this option, you are accepting liability for non-delivery for whatever reason.

    2. REGISTERED AIRMAIL  (Standard Airmail - Registered)
       (Not applicatble to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses)

S&H Fee: US$5.00* / order

One order means all the items you checkout together and paid together (regardless the number of items).

    3. Expedited Shipping / Express Mail (SpeedPost - Registered mail)
        (Not applicable to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses)

S&H Fee: Calculated based on the size, number of items and total price of the order. Total shipping cost will be calculated automatically and changed to the currency that you have selected when you checkout. (for reference, the shipping & handling fee of expedited shipping would be around 0.9 - 1.7 of the total product price)

Remarks:
**Items in one order will be sent together under normal conditions. However, some orders may be separated into several parcels to meet the weight requirement in different countries.

Q: Delivery Time

A: Orders are processed soon after receipt of payment to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. Depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected, you are expected to receive your orders within 2-14 working days (excluding the day placing the order). These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although Beauties-Factory.com cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods.

    Our Business Days: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day. You may check your order status in "My Account". PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the Customs in the European countries including Italy, France and Germany may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks.

Q: How can I track my registered mail status?

A: Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm.
