A: You may return products sold by Beauties-Factory.com in original conditions no more than 14 days of receipt of your order (based on our delivery record), and upon pre-approval of Beauties-Factory.com. We guarantee money back refund if you are dissatisfied with the product.

Please notify us before you return the items and we will provide shipping details. Notification MUST be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition in which they were received. We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
